OFFSHORE DEVELOPMENT MODELS

Our Offshore Development methodology allows us to complete projects on a predictable, low risk path, aimed at delivering high quality results. Clients working with us from around the globe are assured of maximum benefits from our offshore models. The various development models we offer, are as follows:

  • Offshore Managed Development Team

In this offshore model we provide our client with extensive resources for a fully managed offshore team. The Project Management and execution work are handled by the client and the software development work is accomplished by the Offshore teams (this may include analysis, design, testing and maintenance, etc). In this model the Offshore Project Manager and the team is responsible for developing the detailed project plan specifying the major milestones and deliverables of the project, but the deliverables and system specifications are fully defined by the client.

  • Dedicated Development Center (DDC)

We offer dedicated development facilities which is ideal for companies that expect regular stream of projects to flow from its IT needs. DDC or EDC (Extended Development Centre) acts like an extension of your IT department.

  • Outsourced Product Development

In this methodology, our development teams and domain experts based out of our nearsite and/or offshore development centers co-ordinate with our clients and manage the Product development cycle of the project, including deliverables and quality of the project. We use our technical and business/domain know-how to develop applications that fits Client’s business needs. Our consultative approach would also suggest any process improvements or application enhancements that are needed to leverage the technology choices optimally.

 

HYBRID DEVELOPMENT MODEL

When a fast turnaround is needed for a project, we offer Onsite and Offshore Model with service management functions. In this engagement, the project might require deployment of some of the members of the development team on-site. The activities such as data gathering, requirements analysis, gap analysis, and formulating functional specifications may be done onsite as required by our client and the project. The application development and delivery team with various IT skills and capacity will be working in our offshore delivery centers.
