T/DG achieves ISO 9001:2000 certification for Quality Management System

T/DG has been independently audited and certified to be in conformance with ISO 9001:2000 by fulfilling the following requirements in ISO 9001 (which is one of the standards in the ISO 9000 family):

• a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business;
• monitoring processes to ensure they are effective;
• keeping adequate records;
• checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary;
• regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and
• facilitating continual improvement

ISO 9001:2000 specifies requirements for a Quality Management System where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer requirements and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system.
