T/DG achieved this prestigious ISO 9001:2000 certification through certifying body ISOQAR within the Integrated Management System (IMS) framework.
The IMS model is a new model in the Process Industry & being adopted by companies who have multiple ISO certifications. We are amongst the very few companies in the world to have achieved this prestigious certification.

ISO 20000 is the first international standard for IT Service Management that promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet the business and customer requirements and provides 'code of practice‘ that describes the best practices for service management.
