Digital uses Oracle's own Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) for implementing Oracle E-Business Suite. This methodology is very structured and has been utilized thousands of times across the globe to successfully implement Oracle software. AIM is structured in six phases, as illustrated below, with multiple processes crossing these phases, as indicated along the left side of the diagram.
