Non-compliance Notifications & Automated Reminders

Through the resource view, Timeport facilitates the administrator/resource manager to view all staff time records for a defined period. Further the Non-compliance view on Timeport allows the Line Manager/Staff manager to view employees who have late or incomplete timesheets. These are automatically “flagged” and highlighted on the screen.

The system itself is capable to send non-compliance notification emails or reminders about incomplete time-entry on Timeport to both the defaulted staff and Line Manager as well

Resource Allocation and De-allocation Management

Timeport facilitates users to prepare/upload resource Allocation sheets for projects with multi-year allocation views. Resources can be allocated/de-allocated real-time on projects based on costing and budgeting calculations. Resource allocation chart and views are available to the line manager or system administrator with advanced version control and archive facility.

The resource management module in Timeport also has Multi Organization and Multi Country Holiday Calendars and leave Approvals & Tracking features.

Export facility for third party systems integration

It’s one thing to have the staff enter their time records into Timeport. It’s also important to be able to extract those records for integration into 3rd Party systems. Timeport data export facility(edocs) makes it easier to filter and export records from timesheets into formats such as Comma Separated format(CSV) a, Tab Delimited and HTML.
