The BPO division of The Digital Group has acquired a new project for outbound services for and acts as a subsidiary services partner on behalf of a professional Claims management company regulated by the Ministry of Justice of the UK and affiliated by the Financial Services Authority of the UK.
The Outbound services consists of creating awareness & due-diligence reporting on the malpractices by the banks and financial institutions of force-selling Insurances.

The Digital Group achieves the CMMi Level 5
The Digital Group Infotech Pvt. Ltd has announced that the Company has been assessed at Level 5 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI SE / SW version 1.2) after a month-long SCAMPI assessment by QAI.
The Company's operations of Development, Maintenance, Customization and Implementation of Software Projects and Services are certified at Level 5 of CMMI Model from SEI.
