The dedicated team of T/DG process experts who made this possible will continue to drive adoption of industry standard processes both internally and for clients. ISO 20000 is the first international standard for IT Service Management that promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet the business and customer requirements and provides 'code of practice‘ that describes the best practices for service management.
