![]() What inspires me to work with T/DG: T/DG is a great place to grow professionally as a manager or an individual contributor. I have the opportunity to code and grow technically and manage a team. I learn new things everyday and I enjoy that. There is an endless list of projects to explore. There is an enormous amount of positive energy that keeps me going and growing. I just love the work environment. We respect each other and value each other’s contributions. My voice is heard irrespective of my position in the company. At times when I am stuck in a problem, I never have to think twice to approach someone. I am surrounded by very smart people who are always willing to help me and share knowledge with me. I like the people, the opportunity, and the environment at T/DG. It’s amazing to have the chance to learn from some of the top talent in business, product, and technology areas. Even though I have only been here for six years, I feel as though I have been able to significantly expand my skill set. In addition, most of the projects I work on have huge market potential. This keeps me very interested and excited since I know my work will make an impact on how people use the applications and also on the company’s growth. T/DG is a place where we're free to explore and are encouraged to voice new ideas. This is what distinguishes us from the rest and inspires us to Excel, Innovate and Lead. Advice to new employees: My life outside the office: ![]() What inspires me to work with T/DG: I love challenges and more so in the work environment, if I achieve one thing I don’t like to sit back but go out and look for another challenge as I believe that within challenges lies opportunities. In around 7 years stint with Digital, I have got plenty of challenges and opportunities. Working with TDG has given a place for my talent and abilities to grow, be it technical or managerial. From a Software Developer to a Team Lead, to a Onsite Coordinator to a Project Leader currently, I have worked at different levels within the organization, the organization bestowed the trust in me and I have tried to keep that trust intact. It helps to have someone have trust in your abilities. The management at TDG has always listened whenever I have raised an issue or tossed up an idea, such a support system makes your work all the more hard and makes you more committed and brings a sense of belongingness which is very important in any organization. If I know that through my work, I can bring a change for betterment of self and the organization that is a big inspiration to come back to work every day. I have got many opportunities to showcase my talent. The feeling that I can help the organization to grow is exhilarating and that keeps me going on. In my 7 years association with TDG I have executed several projects in different capabilities and every project has added to my experience and I have gained a lot from it. Apart from the normal project execution I have had many trainings technology, process, managerial related which keeps me abreast with the current world. The best part of working within this organization are the people. I have got the opportunity to work with many of my colleagues during different projects and the dedication , hard work and commitment every one puts in his/her work makes you strive for more. Excellence in work at TDG is due to this camaraderie shown by employees within the organization. “All for One and One for All”. You are never alone and there is no problem (technical or otherwise) which you can’t solve when you have such a great bunch of individuals around. Coming back to organization every day is like coming back to friends, who you know will always stand with you in your thick and thin. Advice to new employees: My life outside the office: ![]() Susheel Kumar, Project Lead What inspires me to work with T/DG: When I joined T/DG in 2004 I liked the work culture, the people, the atmosphere, opportunities to work on challenging projects while keeping abreast of latest technologies. At T/DG you get balance of what I call 4C’s which has made me to stay with T/DG. Chance – You get opportunities to work with different clients, different regions, different projects and different people. Challenges – You get opportunities to work on some challenging projects. If you are innovative you get opportunities to work on or apply your innovative ideas. Culture – The work environment, the people you work with, the freedom you get while maintaining your work life balance. Cultivation - You get opportunities to grow and develop your technical, managerial or people skills. Advice to new employees: As a programmer I’ll advice you to understand some basic principles of programming world. I follow the three principles of Larry Wall author of Perl language so called laziness, impatience, and hubris. The same I advise you to follow. My life outside the office: ![]() Brajendu Behera, Lead User Interface Designer What inspires me to work with T/DG: After I moved to T/DG I started working for the User Interface and Graphic Design assignments across the organization. My role spanned through various graphic support activities for high-end client projects as well as internal websites, intranets & collaterals. Slowly the number of people in the team went up and I got the opportunity to work as a Lead for this team along with recruiting my team members. T/DG's higher Management trusted me to take responsibility and to execute new projects which are challenging and demands ongoing R&D in emerging technologies. It is so much exciting to work in a fast growing company like T/DG where the experience of being a part of this developing work culture. I can assert that my career has really progressed while I’ve been here. T/DG has supported me as I explored my interests and developed my technical expertise and people management skills through training and mentoring. Over my five years, I have learned a lot from the people I have worked with, and many of them have played a part in the growth of my career for which I feel privileged.
