A Step Forward By Securing Bsi. Iso 9001: 2008 Certificate
The Digital Group is over the Moon yet again!!! We are pleased to announce that we are now upgraded with BSI certificate of Quality Management System – ISO 9001: 2008. This certificate is awarded to The Digital Group for the scope of provision of software development and support service. It will remain in effect till the year 2017 after which T/DG will apply for recertification.
ISO 9001:2008 is based on eight quality management principles. Customer Focus, Leadership, Involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, facts based decision- making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
By securing this certificate The Digital Group (T/DG) has once again proved its commitment to excellence by offering quality based services and solutions. Through years T/DG has successfully secured several ISO certificates and pledge to continue the trend in future.
