If you opt for sharing your personal data with others by means of the “Add Patient” or the “Linking” feature of the app, then the data will be shared with the respective person/doctor of your choice after your explicit consent. The consent is obtained by means of OTP (One-time password) via SMS or email sent to you on your registered mobile number or email id. By entering the OTP provided, you are authorizing T/DG to share your personal data on your behalf with the respective person(s). Once shared, how this data is used by the person(s) you have shared it with is outside T/DG's control and T/DG won’t be responsible for any misuse of such shared data.

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, T/DG may disclose your personal information to the extent that it is required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend its legal rights.

Securing of Your Data

T/DG will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

T/DG will store all the personal information you provide on its secure servers.

Any information you give must be private and individualized to you. You hereby represent and warrant that the information you provide and/or distribute will not violate any third party's privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights, and won't contain any material that is harassing, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, seditious, or indecent. T/DG does not allow any infringement with reference to any intellectual content or innovation developed by organization and there will be a possible legal implications for anyone found guilty of same.
