Role and Responsibility Details: 

1. Acting as a liaison between Software and various other functions. 2. Should be proficient in writing detailed functional requirements documents, business requirements documents, and Data Flow Diagrams for various business processes. 3. Applicant must have cross-functional knowledge in operations of HR and take end-to-end responsibility of business process flows and translate them into functional specifications documents for the software team. 4. Ability to interact with Clients/ stakeholders and users to gather all the requirements , Understanding why the requirements are made, do the feasibility study and formulating that to the Software team. 5. Getting the timeline and post completion of development work with the developers ensuring the developed product is as per the gathered requirement and help users with the acceptance testing. 6. Documenting the requirements and extend existing operational documentation and in case of any changes in the business process, the change should be maintained , approved & documented. 7. Ability to keep track of all changes and maintaining the versions of various documents in case of any change occurs on any pre-documented processes. 8. To make sure deliverables are of the highest quality, matching with the requirements provided, and yielding the output which was expected at the time of requirement gathering. 9. Good written, verbal communication skills , strong analytical ability and good interpersonal skills 10. Strong experience in requirement gathering, FRD, BRD, Wireframes , drafting of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria with different scenarios. 11. Domain Knowledge of HRMS is must. Applicant apply only who has HRMS domain Knowledge. 12.Should be able to prepare functional specifications with User stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use cases for development and explain the same to developers. 13. Knowledge of Tools like MS Visio, Team foundation Server(TFS) would be an added advantage.
