Job Description:

Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using ReactJS.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope.

Design system architecture and define technical specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
