Should have hands on experience in preparing the legal documentation in house. Processing H1B & L1 applications, green card, work permit, visa & travel briefing, visa compliance & audit, policies design & implementation, team management.
Shift Timings: 
12:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Role and Responsibility Details: 

Immigration Case & Process Management:-

"Should be an expert in preparing in house B1/H1/L1B/L1A/Green Card applications for USA.

Knowledge on I9 and LCA compliance is a must.

Processing Business Visas/work permits for USA, Fiji, Sri Lanka and Australia

Conducting visa counseling and pre-interview briefings to the employees.

Making travel briefs and completion of pre-travel formalities for the employees traveling onsite.

Facilitating Back Ground Checks of employees prior to applying for the visa.

Generating monthly report on immigration activities and intimating the management with the latest updates on Immigration.

RFE analysis and in-house preparation of the response accordingly, Processing Green Card Applications.

Preparing BEP drafts.

Determining H-1/ L-1 visa eligibilities of the employees.

Assisting onsite recruitment team with salary fitment for the new H-1B hires in the US.

Track the employee travels to onsite with appropriate LCA as per the location of work on H-1B.

Ensure SLA management.
