Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Engage in meaningful conversation/s with key decision makers and business owners
- Generate qualified leads through BANT
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
- Routing qualified meetings to the BDMs for further demos and closure.
- Work seamlessly with field sales team, seeking feedback on passed leads
- Maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
- He/She should be persuasive and able in effectively hunting for leads through Cold Calling (80%), emailing (20%), Social Sites (10%) while handling objections to deliver qualified leads to the stakeholders.
- Experience in generating cloud business/HRMS Software is highly preferred
