Lead all digital marketing initiativesSEO/SEM, paid campaigns, social media, performance analytics. Drive content strategy and marketing communication across channels. Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns, events, and webinars. Develop GTM plans for new HRMS features, releases, and product promotions. Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and internal marketing resources. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams for aligned execution.
Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Marketing Manager (1015 years) to lead our marketing function for both IT services and our in-house Digital HRMS product.
The role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, product marketing, and lead generation. The candidate will build the companys marketing roadmap, drive global brand visibility, manage campaigns, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes aligned with business goals.
