Role and Responsibility Details:
" Working as a Scrum Master in transforming teams to switch to use Scrum
" Strong understanding of Scrum and other Agile frameworks such as Kanban
" Experience as a Scrum master or with the agile methodology
" Experience in JIRA Administration
" Knowledge of agile software development
" Should have Kanban experience
" Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as project planning, daily stand-up meetings, review meetings, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and other Scrum- related meetings
" Experience in communicating and removing impediments across multiple teams
" Experience in teaching Scrum to teams
" Participate in defining project scope, goals, deliverable, and success criteria that support business objectives in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
" Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
" Hands-on experience on working with Product Owner for grooming product backlog, prioritization and ordering
" Strong communication and problem-solving skills
