Successful Completion of SSAE 18 Assessment by The Digital Group in 2022
The Digital Group (T/DG) is pleased to announce the successful completion of SAE18, SOC 2, Type II audit process for the year 2021. T/DG is now SSAE 18, SOC 2, Type II certified once again. (Valid up to 28th Feb 2023).
SSAE stands for Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements which is overseen by The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and more specifically the Auditing Standards Board (ASB).
The assessment panel for the audit included Mr. Chandan Chourasiya (CA) and Ms. Ashwini Kulkarni (Technical expert) from SR Chourasiya & Co. The audit exercise was initiated in November 2021 and there were numerous rounds of meetings and evidence requests during the 3 month long audit process.
The SSAE 18 Certification assessment focused on T/DG's system controls overall and how well the company reports on compliance controls. The teams who primarily participated in the audit are the IS, Admin, HR, Process and project teams.
This is one of the many compliance certifications successfully acquired by T/DG over the years, which is a testimony to our consistent commitment to excellence.
