New feature updates of various modules of Digital HRMS have been implemented for improved functionality.
May 2022: The Release 82 of Digital HRMS included new functionality and improvements for customizing the modules of HRMS. The Admin Config, Dashboard, Expense, Leave & Attendance, Employee Management, Performance Management, Separation, My Details, LMS and Employee Self Service modules of the HR platform have all updated new features from the Digital HRMS team, expanding upon the platform's wide range of capabilities.
What's New in this Release (82)
Admin Configuration Module
- Few Workflow Management Enhancements for better functionality in Admin Config has been done.
- Email template Validations Tab has been implemented in Admin Config, with a multi-select Organization drop-down with its validation status as (Correct, Corrected & Incorrect).
- A business unit dropdown is introduced in Admin Config, so that the employee has the access to view the organization chart of his/her business Unit.
- Bulk Workflow setup functionality from Client Onboarding module has been implemented in Admin Config.
- An api to fetch employee information from HRMS system to Payroll system has been created.
- In Appraisal Cycle tab, Employee Mapping tab, Form Closure tab, Form Designing tab, Form Mapping tab, Initiate Appraisal/Goal tab, Performance Management For Appraisal Form & For Goal Setting radio buttons have been replaced with radio buttons: Competency, Goal, KRA, Competency & KRA.
Admin Configuration Module
- In Admin Config- Customer Config 2 new tabs Email template Validations and Workflow Management are added.
- For Appraisal Form radio button If Form Mapping and Employee Mapping is not done for an Appraisal cycle then that option should not be visible in the "Select Appraisal Cycle" drop-down, in the performance management, Initiate Appraisal tab.
- A configurable check box “Auto approve under limit requests” with a drop-down field "Auto Approve Levels" is created in Admin Config- Expense and Reimbursement module.
- In Email template builder user can select forms as per the “modules” selection.
- User is able to Create, Edit and delete in Form Designing of Performance Management
Dashboard
- Enhancements for all the sections in Bell Icon Notification grid in the HRMS Dashboard.
Expense Module
- The manager can “Approve All” the expense requests in one go.
- New feature updated to auto approve expense requests under set limits.
Leave & Attendance Management Module
- Add column as Add & Replace.in the template for bulk upload is added in the Leave Balance Template for convenience.
- Two radio buttons - "Occurrence" & "Duration" are added in the Attendance Management when user selects "Yes" in Grace Period field.
- Attendance Regularization Category Template Added in additional fields in the templates for bulk upload of candidates.
Employee Management Module
- “Country of Employment" field in the templates is added, for Employee Creation.
- A sub-menu in Employee Management as "Removed Welcome Emails" is created, where all the removed employee's list from notification section are stored.
Performance Management Module
- Now, there are radio buttons for: Competency, Goal, KRA, Competency & KRA in Performance Assessment
- Now there are separate tabs for Goal Dictionary & KRA Dictionary with their fields.
Separation Module
- A new field, "Clearance Activity Owner Comments" is added in Separation Reports.
My Details Module
- Education details template is added in Bulk Upload functionality through templates.
LMS Module (Learning Management System)
- Team Trainings tab displays the list of trainings of reportees to managers for which they have enrolled or is mandatory.
- The manager is able to view only their respective reportees trainings only in the Training Requests tab.
Timeport Module
- Some new tabs 1. Review Cycle 2. Reminder Notification Frequency 3. Show Attendance Data 4. Show SDLC 5. Show Work Product Type 6. Show Task Start & End Time 7. Is Description Mandatory? 8. Sync Approver changes with employee? and 9. Effective Date are added in Project Configuration grid of Project Tab in the Setup Masters of Timeport.
- A Timeport resource mapping template is added for bulk upload.
Employee Self Service Module
- There is a Request Status link in the mobile app that will show all the details of request status in the mobile app.
