July 2022: The Digital Group (T/DG) has announced that Release 83 of its Digital HRMS HR Software platform has been made available. The innovative HRMS platform known as Digital HRMS was developed by The Digital Group. The adaptable modular HR software platform's revised versions are focused on a number of different elements.
Enhancements Done in this Release (83)
Admin Configuration Module
- If HR/Admin updates Attendance Mode (like Biometric/Access Card etc) for a single/multiple employees, it overrides Default Attendance at Organisation Level.
- There is an LMS & PMS Integration to decide Training assignments of the employee.
Leave & Attendance Management Module
- "Cannot Pullback" button in both leave and AR grid is shown after pullback setup condition is lapsed.
- "Attendance Freezed" button is showed in leave and AR grid after the attendance is freezed by HR.
LMS Module (Learning Management System)
- L1 and L2 managers are be able to rate the assignment submission and provide comments.
- User is able to take post assessment even if they have attended one session.
LMS Module (Learning Management System)
- User is able to export entire discussion into pdf and send audio file in discussion forum.
- Select business unit option is there in the discussion forum.
- If organization selection field is added in mentioned pages based on the permission for multi-employer, the entire module works for the selected organization.
PMS Module (Performance Management System)
- At the end of the year HR can initiate the assessment form for the set Goals for all 4 quarters along with a competency form.
- In Form Designing tab, a separate radio button for “Goal and Competency” is added.
- When user selects appraisal cycle & goal setting, Functional & Reporting manager columns are added.
PMS Module (Performance Management System)
- If one Goal/OKR form is mapped with multiple employees, then manager can change the content of form for only individual employee and this will not impact with other employees mapped with the same goal form
- In Goal template dropdown the name of Goal and Competency forms is displayed.
- Once the goal form is initiated then the system also allows to map newly joined employees to the initiated goal form.
- There is an average calculation for individual KRA, in case of recurring assessment.
- While closing and freezing the goal form/period, system gives a validation message “Once Goal cycle is closed/freezed, user can’t edit set goals further. Are you sure to close/freeze selected Goal cycle?”
PMS Module (Performance Management System)
- User can allocate overall weightage for Goal and Competency.
- User can “View form Status” with 2 radio buttons “Assessment Form” & “Goal Form”.
- Once the Goal is Set, Employee, Manager and HR should be able to see the set goal from.
- Modified goals are approved as per set workflow in “Goal setting” tab and All the stakeholders i.e., Employee/Manager/HR should get notification when any goal is modified/updated.
- In case of rejection, manager needs to mention the reason of rejection (comments) and the form goes to the employee to modify his/her goals. If the self-assessment is not required then after rejection by L2 manager form should go to L1 Manager.
- For recurring assessment, assessment of all the tenures are displayed in one page with option to expand and collapse.
PMS Module (Performance Management System)
- While doing assessments user is able to give ratings in decimals.
- In Configuration page, the field options for Confirmation Auto Initiation, PMS Review Frequency Auto Initiation, Goal Review Frequency Auto Initiation is added.
RAS Module (Resource Allocation System)
- Business Unit column is added in the list of lock schedules grid in Freeze/Unfreeze- Lock Matrix.
Recruitment Management Module
- A new CARD: TOP (Candidate Status) can be viewed in Recruitment Dashboard.
- Another CARD: DASHBOARD TITLE shows user the status of selected Dashboard, the Menu- when user click on 3 dots menu user can choose another dashboard from the drop-down, the Plus icon- new is created (Related to selected dashboard), the Click icon- redirects to selected dashboard, the List Icon shows the current status in list view, and the Chart Icon shows the current status in chart view.
- The CARD: PIE-CHART shows when user clicks on any stage in Recruiting Funnel, the data of the selected stage is represented in the pie-chart card.
Recruitment Management Module
- In the new CARD: RECRUITMENT TEAM user can view RRS status by team members.
- There is a new card Recruitment Dashboard CARD: NEW JOINER STATUS, which shows New Joiner candidate status for the selected month (Current, previous, next).
- The candidate config page is added for setup of candidate details at initial stage (phase1).
- A card, RRS Status – Onhold displays all the open positions of an RRS that are put on onhold.
- Create salary structure is added in Initiate Hiring page
Timeport Module
- Timesheet status is configured at client level (backend) and if user does not set the timesheet status then default status is displayed.
- A new tab "Reference Type Configurations" is added for timesheet management.
Separation Module
- A new feature, Auto Exit Interview Setup is created, where based on exit interview setup, system notifies the employee in bell icon notification for Exit Interview form initiation.
- A new tab "Re-assign request" resignation similar to re-assign request page in leave & Attendance module is added.
- In the new tabs- Team Resignation & All Resignation, when user clicks on view "View Details" icons, and then clicks on print button then user is able to see the status and manager's comments as well.
