Pune, Maharashtra – February 10, 2020: The Digital Group is pleased to announce the success of the ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, ISO 22301:2012 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Surveillance audit, which was conducted at the premises of our office in Hinjewadi, Pune from 3rd Feb to 5th Feb 2020. The audit was conducted by Mr. Rohinton Dumasia – Lead Auditor from TUV Mumbai, Mr. Shailesh Karkhanis Co auditor from Mumbai and Mr. Mahendra Salunkhe Co auditor from TUV Pune.

The objective of the ISO audits is to focus on compliance with the standards defined by the International Standards Organization (ISO) that help an organization meet international standards in response to market needs. The audit covered all functions and focused on processes followed in compliance to the laid down standards, including the following.

After 3 days of rigorous work, the collective efforts and the entire T/DG team’s consistent commitment to excellence have contributed to the success of the audit, as The Digital Group managed to retain all the 4 ISO Certificates. Overall, the TUV auditors have appreciated the team enthusiasm, quality awareness and willingness to learn and adapt to various standards.
