This Diwali, as the entire T/DG team was working remotely, the HR planned virtual events and competitions to celebrate the spirit of Diwali in spite of the social distancing norms. After all, it is a festival that is celebrated with great fervour every year in the premises of the Pyramid Building in Hinjewadi.

This year, every Digitalite missed the sparkling glow of the diyas used to lighten up the office premises of T/DG every year, as well as the fun times with the entire team. However, they did catch up with the spirit of Diwali celebrations, as was evident from the large number of enthusiastic participants for the events conducted virtually. The many events focused on creative Rangoli designs, painting diyas in beautiful hues, and stepping out in traditional attire.

The series of virtual events proved to be a great opportunity for the Digitalites to express their creativity and witness beautiful works of art by their fellow team members. A panel of senior Digitalites was formed to choose the winners of the competitions. There was also the contest for "Best Dressed Kid in Traditional Attire" for which the employees had to send in photographs of their little angels dressed in traditional attire. This thoughtful initiative from the HR team was widely appreciated and much loved by everyone.

Overall, this Diwali was all about beautiful ways to celebrate, a lot of fun and creative expressions by the Digitalites. The current scenario of restrictions imposed due to Covid-19 is something that cannot be negotiated. In spite of all that, this Diwali proved to be a memorable one because it was all about a unique experience for everyone at The Digital Group.
