This Independence Day, The Digital Group joyfully celebrated the occasion of 14th and 15th August filled with enthusiasm. The events were marked by brainstorming sessions, learning opportunities, and knowledge expansion among all employees.

We encountered many inspiring thoughts on our Freedom Wall followed by the quiz and beautiful video creation challenge; it was truly amazing to witness everyone participating with full enthusiasm and revealing their hidden talents. Many of the employees missed few activities due to busy schedules, so this platform helped them to reconnect with their creative passions and fun.

Events on 14th August

Freedom Wall

Participants expressed their feelings on the "Freedom Wall," answering the question, "If you had one superpower to make India better, what would it be?" The wall was open since August 13th, inviting everyone to contribute their ideas. The HR team thoughtfully installed the "Freedom Wall" at the office entrance to encourage all employees to contribute. Many team members enthusiastically posted sticky notes with their unique thoughts, resulting in an inspiring display of collective vision and hope.

Quiz Competion

Our pre-Independence Day online quiz competition was a huge success, with employees from all teams participating enthusiastically. Everyone displayed their knowledge and love for our country with a spirit of friendly competition and curiosity. It was encouraging to see such enthusiasm and teamwork leading up to the big day!

Guess the state Challenge:

Employees participated in the Guess the State Challenge, demonstrating their knowledge of India's various states and cultures. The game added a fun and educational element to our Independence Day festivities, with impressive participation from all areas of the company.

The Video Creation Challenge truly showcased the creative spirit of our team, as employees expressed their patriotism and individuality through inspiring online performances. From beautifully played musical instruments to a captivating painting video, each contribution reflected unique perspectives and remarkable talent. This enthusiastic participation made the challenge a memorable highlight of our Independence Day celebrations, celebrating the vibrant creativity of our employees

Events on 15th August

On August 15th, the digital families gathered at the office to celebrate India's 79th Independence Day with a heartfelt Flag Hoisting Ceremony, accompanied by their loved ones. The atmosphere filled with unity and pride as each one of them embraced the spirit of togetherness. The beautifully decorated office, adorned with patriotic themes, fascinated everyone with its vibrant Independence Day spirit.

The celebration ended on an enjoyable note with the distribution of snacks and sweets, which added a sense of compassion and glory to the day. This memorable event not only honored our country but also inspired our team and strengthened the spirit of patriotism within the T/DG community.
