The Covid-19 pandemic has been a serious threat to the lives and well-being of people around the world, not to mention the impact on the economy as a whole. In these uncertain times, the only way to stay safe is to follow the safety norms of social distancing and take the basic precautions to stop the spread of the disease. As a major step in this direction, The Digital Group (T/DG) had all its employees switch to a remote work model, back in March 2020.The last year was all about evolving in the face of multiple challenges brought forth by the new way of working, and it has been a great experience for each member of the team at T/DG.

The launch of the Covid-19 vaccines brought a new ray of hope for all of us, but due to the huge rush, it had become really difficult to find available slots in the hospitals in Pune and it was the same story across the country. To make it easy for the employees, The Digital Group, in association with Ruby Hall Clinic, planned for multiple free vaccination drives in its premises in Hinjewadi, Pune to ensure that the employees and their families get access to a safe and quick way to get vaccinated against the dreaded virus.

The healthcare representatives from the reputed hospital are invited to visit the premises of T/DG to conduct the drive. Data is being collected through detailed employee surveys, where employees are being asked about their dosage, dates, and other relevant information. The HR department had taken this initiative and it is appreciated by all the employees who have turned up in large numbers, making the drives a success.

The vaccination drive is a reflection of the commitment of The Digital Group towards employee welfare. Through these drives, the organization aims to ensure complete safety of the employees in these unprecedented times.
