What is the SHe-Box Portal?
The SHe-Box portal is a single-window digital access platform initiated by the Government of India. It enables female employees across private and public sectors to securely register complaints related to workplace sexual harassment.
By registering our organization on the portal, The Digital Group ensures that our internal governance workflows seamlessly synchronize with national compliance frameworks.
How it Works at The Digital Group
The SHe-Box portal does not replace our internal safeguards; rather, it acts as an additional layer of accountability and transparency.
- Direct & Secure Routing: Any complaint registered through the SHe-Box portal involving The Digital Group is automatically and securely forwarded to the Chairperson of our internal PoSH Internal Committee (IC).
- Absolute Confidentiality: To protect the privacy, safety, and dignity of the individual, case details are accessible strictly to the mandated IC members handling the inquiry.
- Time-Bound Redressal: In compliance with statutory laws, all grievances routed via SHe-Box or raised internally are thoroughly, objectively, and strictly investigated within the legally mandated timelines.
- Real-Time Tracking: Complainants can securely log in to the portal at any time to track the official status and progress of their case.
